摘要: 根據(jù)納米碳酸鈣濕餅料所具有的特性,對干燥中試樣機進行多次實驗,改造。將出現(xiàn)的諸如喂料難、粘壁、二次團聚、干料堆比重輕等問題逐步解決,摸索出適合此種物料干燥作業(yè)的實驗數(shù)據(jù)和規(guī)律,并在工業(yè)化生產(chǎn)中得到了驗證。這些實驗的方法,解決問題的方式及結(jié)果對超細粉體干燥系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)、制造及調(diào)試具有實際意義。 In this paper, some existing problems such as troublesome of feeding, adhering wall, second aggregation and low bulk density are solved, through a lot of tests and reforms which are done on drying machine model according to the feature of nanometer calcium carbonate wet cakes. Experimental data and regulations which fit this kind of materials′ drying operations are found, at the same time those are proved in industrialized production. These ways of tests, styles of solving problems and results make practical sense in developing, manufacturing and debugging of ultrafine powder drying system.
