摘要: 在氧化鈣消化成氫氧化鈣的過(guò)程中添加表面活性劑對(duì)其表面進(jìn)行原位改性,通過(guò)測(cè)定改性后氫氧化鈣的吸油值、粘度、吸水率、沉降體積、FTIR、SEM的變化等評(píng)價(jià)其表面改性效果。結(jié)果表明:改性后氫氧化鈣的吸油值、粘度、吸水率、沉降體積均有所下降,表面極性有所減弱,紅外分析說(shuō)明KH-570偶聯(lián)劑和氫氧化鈣之間存在一定的吸附。KH-570改性Ca(OH)2比未改性Ca(OH)2分散性好,粒度較小。 Modified calcium hydroxide was synthesized by adding surface activator during slaking of calcium oxide and the oil-absorbed value,viscosity,water-absorption ratio and sedimentation volume of calcium hydroxide were investigated.The results showed that the oil-absorbed value,viscosity,water-absorption ratio and sedimentation volume of calcium hydroxide declined.The adsorption of KH-570 on calcium hydroxide was measured by FTIR,SEM and the dispersion of modified calcium hydroxide was better.
