Quiet Island
底層地板式平臺(tái)和支撐
半導(dǎo)體生產(chǎn)工廠都要有高架地板來適應(yīng)復(fù)雜設(shè)備的要求（水管設(shè)施、電纜、輸氣管等）以及保持嚴(yán)苛的凈度。這樣的地板對(duì)于極度振動(dòng)敏感產(chǎn)品、檢驗(yàn)以及計(jì)量設(shè)備的安裝都是極大挑戰(zhàn)。高架地板不能為這樣的設(shè)備提供必要的振動(dòng)環(huán)境。
TMC的Quiet Island是利用固定于底層地板下面的‘Quiet Island’來代替高架地板一部分的創(chuàng)新的解決方案。Quiet Island是包含帶有專門的支撐結(jié)構(gòu)的特殊平臺(tái)。
平臺(tái)
平臺(tái)是由TMC設(shè)計(jì)并生產(chǎn)的夾著輕質(zhì)、不可壓縮的阻尼核心材料的鋼制4inch薄板。由堅(jiān)硬的鋼板、核心以及環(huán)氧樹脂粘合成的具有夾層效果的不銹鋼鋼板使產(chǎn)品具有極高的硬度和結(jié)構(gòu)阻尼。大面積的橫截面和含鋼量使整體硬度達(dá)到一個(gè)較高等級(jí)。平臺(tái)頂面和邊緣是
連續(xù)的整塊的不銹鋼外殼，用來保持其凈度、外觀和完整性。
